The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with
strategic clients.This role focuses on understanding client needs, driving account growth, ensuring
customer satisfaction, and acting as a trusted advisor to help clients maximize value from our SaaS
products and services.
