We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Key Account Manager
to handle client relationships, oversee project operations, and manage a technical team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good technical understanding (especially GPS wiring), and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and meetings.
Prepare and share quotations, pricing details, and proposals with clients.
Oversee project execution and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Manage and support a team of technicians and coordinators.
Distribute workload among team members and monitor progress.
Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and performance sheets.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project operations.
Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of
GPS device installation and wiring.
Excellent
client communication
and
email etiquette.
Proficiency in
quotation preparation, costing, and price negotiation.
Team management and task allocation skills.
Good knowledge of
Excel and reporting tools.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Technical or Business preferred).
2-5 years of experience in key account management or operations management.
Experience in GPS/Telematics/Field Operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹192,000.00 per year
