We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager - Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct and B2B sales, with a strong understanding of managing key client relationships. This role requires high energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
Ensure timely collections and adherence to company policies on payments and documentation.
Cross-sell and upsell company products/services to existing accounts.
Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and client reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Handle client escalations with professionalism and ensure resolution within TAT.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
2 to 5 years of core sales experience in Banking, Insurance, or any Service-oriented sector.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of target achievement.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
