We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team and help us build lasting, strategic relationships with our key customers.

Experience: 1 + year

Proven experience in a Key Account Management or similar sales role, ideally in the architecture, interior design, construction, or related industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Job Responsibility

*Establish productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

Builds and services a strong, extensive network of Architects, Interior Designers, Builders and Developers.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
Involves in product consultation, specifications, pricing, negotiation and deal closure with the customers.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Assists the Sales Head in planning and implanting Sales and Marketing Plans.
Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on and ongoing basis.
Develop and maintain sales and allied reports as required for management decision making and review.
Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company's standards.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within relevant industries (e.g., construction, real estate, interior design, etc.).

- Strong network and relationships with key stakeholders such as Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Developers.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
