Continually seek out and seize new business prospects in the industry, utilizing MGH Group's Products, Technology and services to meet customer demands.
Keep up with market dynamics, competition activity, and industry trends to spot business growth prospects and possible risks.
Create and preserve a solid relationship with both current and future clients by acting as the primary point of contact for all matters business-related.
Work with Account Management and Customer Success Managers ensuring that the handover of new accounts is carried out in an organized and effective manner.
Be a part of the after-hours support team for the assigned customer portfolio when the need arises.
Convey the message that mgX is a solutions provider, offering customer focused and cost- effective value add solutions, mapping customer requirements to mgX's products and services
