Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities



1. Client Onboarding & Adoption

Act as the main point of contact for onboarding new clients.
Help clients understand and start using the platform effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Understand client requirements and ensure they are addressed during onboarding.
2. Platform Integrations & Account Support

Support integration of marketing platforms (such as email, lead sources, or campaign tools) with the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure integrations are completed correctly.
Assist clients with basic product-related queries and usage guidance.
3. Account Customizations

Work with internal product and technical teams to manage client-requested customizations.
Track requests, follow up internally, and ensure timely delivery.
Keep clients informed about progress and timelines.
4. Escalation & Issue Management

Act as the escalation point for client concerns or critical issues.
Coordinate with support, product, and technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
Ensure clear communication with clients until issues are closed.
5. Growth, Renewals & Retention

Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention.
Handle subscription renewals and ensure timely closure.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Recommend relevant solutions based on client needs and usage.
Achieve assigned revenue targets from renewals, expansions, upsells, and cross-sells.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelors degree in any field.
6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Support, or a similar role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Mandatory language requirement: Hindi and English
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Basic familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms is a plus.
