Role Objective

To drive life insurance business through Central Bank of India branches by building strong relationships with bank staff and customers, ensuring sustainable business growth and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Source life insurance business through assigned Central Bank of India branches Build and maintain strong working relationships with branch managers and staff Conduct joint customer calls, need-based selling, and policy presentations Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets Support bank staff through regular training and product knowledge sessions Ensure quality business with complete documentation and compliance Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions systematically Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
