Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce partners (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.).
Sales Growth:
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, promotions, and category expansion.
Operations & Inventory:
Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock availability and fulfillment efficiency.
Product Optimization:
Enhance product listings with compelling content, SEO-friendly keywords, and A+ content to boost visibility and conversion rates.
Data Analysis:
Monitor sales trends, competitor activity, and key performance metrics to optimize performance.
Campaign Management:
Collaborate with marketing teams to run promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertising strategies.
P&L Management:
Track financial performance, margins, and profitability of key accounts.
Compliance & Policy Adherence:
Stay updated with platform guidelines and ensure adherence to all policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Proven experience in e-commerce account management, preferably in consumer electronics, fashion, or FMCG sectors.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with marketplace advertising (AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
