About the Role



We are seeking a

Strategic Account Lead

to drive growth, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure operational excellence across our key accounts.


The portfolio carries a

strong Pipeline of business to be implemented

along with strategic opportunities under discussion, including

warehouse automation, WMS implementation, warehousing & distribution business expansion, and other supply chain projects

.


The selected candidate will be responsible for

end-to-end ownership of the account

, balancing delivery excellence with business farming, and ensuring we maximize both growth and client trust.


Key Responsibilities



Operations Excellence & Continuity


Ensure seamless execution of existing operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and service delivery.

Stakeholder Management


Build and nurture strong relationships with client leadership and internal teams; act as the single point of accountability for the account.

P&L Ownership


Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability across the account.

Business Development & Strategic Farming


Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the client ecosystem; proactively farm new projects.

Program & Project Management


Co-own project execution with PMO for strategic initiatives including automation, WMS, and B2C expansions.

Data-Driven Insights


Leverage data analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.

End-to-End Accountability


Ensure accountability for growth, client satisfaction, and delivery outcomes across all aspects of the account.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Revenue growth and pipeline conversion. Client satisfaction and relationship depth. Profitability and P&L health of the account. Successful rollout of strategic projects (Automation, WMS, B2C launches, RM Supply Chain). Operational excellence and continuity without disruptions. Stakeholder alignment (internal + external).

Ideal Candidate Profile



3PL experience is a must 10+ years of experience in

account management, supply chain, logistics, or strategic operations

. Proven success in managing

large accounts (

60 Cr range)

with P&L ownership. Strong ability to balance

strategic vision with operational rigor

. Track record of

farming business opportunities

and delivering growth. Expertise in

stakeholder management and project delivery

. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
