Job Description

Role Summary

Own and grow strategic client relationships end-to-end. Act as the single point of contact between clients and our creative, performance, and production teams--driving clarity, on-time delivery, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Client Partnership

Lead day-to-day communication, weekly check-ins, and QBRs. Translate business goals into clear creative/performance briefs. Proactively surface ideas, upsells, and optimization opportunities.

Project & Delivery

Create timelines, RACI, and sprint plans; run stand-ups with internal teams. Ensure assets (copy, designs, reels, media plans) meet brand and quality standards. Track dependencies (shoots, VO, edits, approvals) and unblock quickly.

Performance & Growth

Set campaign KPIs; review performance dashboards; drive A/B tests. Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports with insights & next steps. Expand scope (retainers, new platforms, geos, product lines).

Commercials & Hygiene

Drive POs, SOWs, and change requests; manage budgets and margins. Coordinate invoicing, collections, and expense control with Finance. Maintain accurate account docs: briefs, MOMs, status sheets, calendars.

Stakeholder Management

Align with Creative, Media, Production, and SEO/SMM teams. Manage vendors/talent (photographers, studios, influencers) as needed. Escalate risks early; run post-mortems and implement fixes.

Must-Have Qualifications

3-6 years in account management/client services at a creative or digital agency. Strong grasp of social, performance marketing, content, video production workflows. Excellent written & verbal communication; confident client presenter. Proven experience running multi-stakeholder projects on tight timelines. Data-literate: comfortable with funnels, CAC/ROAS, brand lift, and A/B testing.
Good-to-Have

Experience in F&B, Manufacturing/Industrial, or Regional brands. Kannada/Hindi language skills (for South/KA clients). Basic understanding of GA4, Meta/Google Ads, Search Console, and SEO.

Ways of Working

Location: Bengaluru (client meetings) with collaboration across Kasaragod creative hub. Hybrid/Field: Client visits, shoots, events as required (travel reimbursed). Schedule: Full-time; flexibility during launches and shoots.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Business (or equivalent experience).
30-60-90 Day Plan

30 Days:

Shadow current accounts, audit live scopes & performance, map stakeholders, lock reporting cadence, fix quick-wins.

60 Days:

Lead weekly WIPs, present first optimization roadmap, stabilize delivery SLAs, propose 1-2 upsell ideas per account.

90 Days:

Own QBRs, deliver ?1 signed upsell/SOW expansion, improve CSAT to ?8/10, reduce rework by 30%.
