:Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, parents, and institutional clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions in line with the organization's offerings.
Conduct regular meetings, feedback sessions, and reviews with clients to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with internal teams (academic, operations, training, and marketing) to meet client needs.
Ensure compliance with educational standards and support implementation of curriculum where required.
Drive enrolments and support in meeting business growth targets.
Prepare reports and track performance metrics for assigned accounts.
Resolve issues and escalate when necessary to maintain client satisfaction.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of early childhood education methodologies (Montessori / ECCEd / B.Ed background preferred).
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric approach with relationship management expertise.
