Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned fashion and lifestyle brands.
Manage end-to-end operations from product listing, pricing, promotions, and inventory tracking.
Ensure smooth onboarding and timely catalog updates in coordination with internal teams.
Business Growth & Analysis
Monitor and analyze brand performance data (GMV, ROI, stock turns, etc.).
Develop growth strategies and actionable insights based on platform analytics.
Coordinate with marketing, pricing, and supply chain teams to align brand goals with Myntra's business strategy.
Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner brands and internal stakeholders.
Effectively communicate in both
Hindi and English
to ensure clear, professional collaboration.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute brand participation in sales events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure campaign readiness in terms of stock, pricing, and creative assets.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare regular business reviews and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify issues proactively and drive timely resolutions.
Requirements
MBA is mandatory
- specialization in Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, or Fashion Management preferred.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or E-commerce Category roles.
Strong verbal and written communication in
both Hindi and English
.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data interpretation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
