Review and analyze customer RFQs (Request for Quotations)
Manage RFQ process using Salesforce - including creating entries, following up, submitting offers, and reporting
Review customer purchase orders and enter them into the ERP system (with help from the Customer Service team)
Act as the main point of contact for the customer and coordinate with internal departments
Identify opportunities to grow business with OEM customers (services or parts)
Support the launch and progress of new projects
Review and negotiate customer contracts (with support from relevant teams and Sales Manager); ensure proper communication across the organization
* Track and maintain profit margins (with support from other departments and Sales Manager)
