Competent Knowledge of Building services including Fire system, HVAC, HT LT System,
Understanding of Civil engineering fundamentals applied during Transition and FM and Asset Services management
Excellent writing, technical, coordination and communication skills
Understanding of Energy Management / EHS.
Audit process and implementation techniques
Process development and report writing skills
Competent Knowledge of Building laws at pre development, planning, project and operational stage.
Strong competency in financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow projections for real estate projects including various types of building operations.
Conversant with Power Quality and Energy Audit Standard
Total Relevant Experience 8-10 years
Preferable from IFM/ AS Industry Background
Should have hands on experience on managing Property & Facility Management. Labour and Building Compliance, Financial management, MIS, AMC, Vendor Management, Soft Services.
Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
