About the Role:
Myntra is looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join as Key Account Managers (KAM). In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for sellers and vendors, ensuring their business runs smoothly on the Myntra platform. This position requires strong communication skills in both Hindi and English and a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end relationships with sellers/vendors on the Myntra platform
Act as a liaison between internal teams and sellers to ensure smooth operations
Analyze sales performance data and suggest improvements to drive growth
Address and resolve seller issues promptly
Ensure adherence to platform policies and standards by the accounts you manage
Work on seller onboarding and account setup when required
Provide regular feedback and reports to internal stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Any graduate (10+2+3) or MBA fresher
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in account management/customer service/sales
Freshers with an MBA are welcome to apply
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi and English
Communication Assessment: Versant Level 4 (mandatory)
Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
