Role overview

: We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our business on leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce. The KAM will be responsible for developing and executing plans to drive online sales, optimise product listings, manage promotions, and maintain strong relationships with platform category teams.

Key Responsibilities:



P&L Ownership & Account Management

for Amazon/Flipkart/Q-commerce. Act as the main liaison with marketplace category teams. Drive

sales growth

via platform-specific strategies and performance analysis. Optimise

product listings

and enhance A+ content with internal teams. Plan and execute

promotions

, coordinate with performance marketing to ensure strong RoI. Manage

inventory, stock forecasting

, and ensure SLA compliance across platforms. Deliver

insights and reports

on sales, competition, and business performance.

Key Requirements:



Graduate (MBA preferred) with

5-8 years total experience

, including

2+ years managing e-commerce accounts

. Strong skills in analytics, Excel, and marketplace tools (Helium 10, SellerApp, etc.). Understanding of digital marketing, operations, and e-commerce P&L. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Background in FMCG, D2C, Beauty, Health will be preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,800,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
