Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Account & Operations Manager to oversee client relationships and service delivery across our South India portfolio. This role demands strategic oversight, operational precision, and consultative engagement with CIOs, hospital IT heads, and IT Managers of tech teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management
Manage client relationships across hospitals, IT firms, and other IT partners in the South region
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), track SLAs, and ensure client satisfaction
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in infrastructure, EMR, and managed services
Operations & Service Delivery
Oversee deployment of IT engineers, leave management, backup management, and overall availability of engineers for client support
Coordinate with internal teams to float new requirements, hiring clarifications, interviews and the engineer deployment process
Ensure deployed engineers' adherence to the client SOP's
Induction, policy update
Monthly review update to client managers
Financial & Contract Oversight
Track billing cycles, contract renewals, and payment milestones
Support reporting for internal stakeholders and investors with client health metrics
Assist in contract closure and operational transitions during acquisition or handover
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with hospital IT teams, Other tech leads, and internal delivery heads
Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery
Collaborate with product and tech teams to align deployments with client workflows
Desired Skills & Experience
5-7 years of experience in IT services account management or operations, preferably across healthcare, IT, or logistics
Understanding of infrastructure services, EMR platforms (added advantage), and SLA-driven delivery models
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Kannada
Proficiency in service delivery tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow), and basic financial tracking
Willingness to travel across South India for client visits and operational oversight

Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
