Responsibilities:
Manage and develop key accounts (dealers, service centers, or partners)
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
Drive sales targets through relationship management and upselling opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement
Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
Prepare and deliver business reviews and performance reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
2-5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in automotive or service industry
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations
Preferred:
Prior experience in automotive, insurance, or dealership operations
Fluency in English and regional languages
