The customer will find everything he/she needs to plan a perfect wedding, right from Caterers, Decorators, Bridal Make-up, Photography, Apparel, Jewellery, and Honeymoon Package etc., A full outright acquisition of Shadisaaga by Matrimony Ltd, has given an impetus to its presence in North and West and technological prowess in the wedding space arena making it the largest wedding services marketplacer r Role Overviewr r

Responsible for revenue generation by identifying vendor base for various wedding services provided by Matrimony Bazaar in the form of Business leads, Conversions and Company Listings on matrimonybazaar, To focus on timely target achievement by directly meeting minimum of 6-8 vendors a day and presenting our services, generating prospects and ensure successful conversion of sales on daily basis. r r

Maintaining a tracker of daily activity and submitting the same for supervisor validationr r Key Responsibilitiesr r

• Managing accounts of subscribed vendor partnersr
• Establishing great business relationships with vendors to ensure that they adhere to ShaadiSagaaEUR(TM)s policies and re-subscribe to our services/packagesr
• Ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables promised to subscribed vendor partners r
• Guiding vendors on how to structure & improve quality of their profiles, how to maximize their visibility on the portal and ensure business continuityr
• Attending & ensuring timely resolution of vendoraEUR(TM)s grievances r
• Meeting required targets month-on-month basis & creating periodic reports for senior management to showcase key project performance metricsr
• Working closely with other stakeholders within the organization to ensure speedy and quality delivery of services r
• Suggesting new ideas and processes for more efficient outputsr
