About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Professional / Key Account
Manager / Channel Sales Manager to drive the sales of our string inverter solutions within the
Solar and Renewable Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have strong existing relationships
with developers, EPCs, and IPPs, and a deep understanding of the solar industry, especially in
promoting products and solutions for solar power plants.
This role focuses on advancing strategic relationships with targeted clients, delivering tailored
inverter solutions, and driving business growth through insightful client engagement and
technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development of string inverter solutions among key clients in
the solar sector.
  • Understand the client's business and operational needs to deliver value-added,
optimized solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, proposal, and delivery) to ensure proposals
are aligned with client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Utility-Scale Developers,
IPPs, and EPC companies.
  • Work closely with the solution manager to assist in BoS (Balance of System) planning
and integration with inverter solutions.
  • Proactively network and engage with industry stakeholders to identify market trends,
project opportunities, and potential leads.
  • Stay informed of key market developments, including interconnection applications,
policy changes, and project pipelines in target geographies.
Skills & Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably with EPCs, developers, and large-scale solar
project clients.
  • Engineering degree preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Strong technical acumen to support proposal writing, pricing, and solution positioning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical offerings into business value.
  • Deep knowledge of the solar development ecosystem in India is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
