Job Description

Manage business operations for Modern Trade (MT) & Quick Commerce (QC) channels. Deliver primary & secondary business growth and maintain P&L responsibility for assigned channels. Create and implement business plans and strategies aligned with departmental leadership. Leverage channel insights and market trends to optimize assortment and product strategy. Drive sales volumes, visibility, and share of shelf across partner stores. Manage account-specific discounting, promotions, reconciliations, and settlements. Negotiate Annual Business Plans, Terms of Trade (TOT), and Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key accounts. Monitor and report competitor activities, market feedback, and trends to management. Review and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance, proposing corrective actions where necessary. Optimize product listings, pricing, and delivery SLAs to enhance customer experience and GMV. Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, and schemes and communicate effectively to partners. Ensure healthy AR levels and work actively to reduce outstanding balances. Coordinate with internal departments and channel partners for smooth operational workflow. Monitor pricing, discounts, catalogue updates, and issue resolutions promptly. Open to travel for partner meetings and reviews on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
