We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented
Key Account Manager - E-Commerce
to manage and grow product performance across leading e-commerce platforms. The role requires strong coordination, data analysis, and planning to optimize product visibility, drive sales, and manage returns.
Responsibilities (KRAs):
Product Listing & Cataloguing
Ensure timely and accurate product listing on e-commerce portals (Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.).
Maintain consistent and appealing product content across all platforms.
Oversee cataloguing, category mapping, and product specs.
Discount & Price Management
Plan and implement discount strategies while protecting profit margins.
Monitor platform-wise promotions, flash deals, and pricing competitiveness.
Sales Analysis
Track sales performance, identify growth trends, and generate weekly/monthly reports.
Recommend actions to boost underperforming SKUs or categories.
Product Performance Evaluation
Analyse seasonal sales performance.
Recommend inventory planning and promotional strategies based on product movement.
Return Management
Study returns trends to identify product/packaging/content issues.
Work with quality and listing teams to reduce returns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or account management.
Strong knowledge of platforms like Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.
Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination ability.
