Job Description

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients (Sea & Air - Imports/Exports). - Maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, and overseas agents to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Understand clients' logistics requirements and provide tailor-made freight solutions. - Coordinate closely with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution. - Provide clients with real-time shipment updates, handle escalations, and resolve service issues promptly. - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional logistics services (e.g., warehousing, customs, inland transportation). - Monitor account performance, revenue targets, and ensure profitability from key accounts. - Prepare and present weekly and monthly client performance reports to management. - Stay updated on market trends, trade routes, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. - Participate in client review meetings and build long-term strategic partnerships.
