Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Sales Execution

o Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned oncology products. o Develop and implement territory business plans to maximize growth. o Identify and engage key decision-makers in hospitals, cancer centers, and other healthcare institutions. o Ensure effective product promotion and awareness among oncologists, medical professionals, and key stakeholders.


Key Account & Stakeholder Management

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, healthcare providers, hospital administrators, and procurement teams. o Provide scientific and commercial support to HCPs to drive brand adoption. o Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to enhance patient outcomes.


Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

o Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. o Gather insights from the field and provide feedback to the marketing and medical teams. o Identify gaps and opportunities to improve product positioning.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

o Work closely with the medical, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and effective brand positioning. o Support marketing initiatives and medical education programs. o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product access and supply chain management.


Compliance & Reporting

o Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights. o Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations.



Qualifications & Experience:

o Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA preferred. o 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on oncology. o Strong understanding of oncology therapies, treatment protocols, and market dynamics. o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building key customer relationships. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. o Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.
