Key Responsibilities
-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
-Act as the single point of contact for escalations, inquiries, and client support. -Collaborate with Sales, Purchase, QA/QC, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth
execution of client requirements. -Take complete ownership of client concerns and drive them to resolution.
-Conduct regular client check-ins to build trust and engagement.
-Support sales by ensuring top clients feel valued, informed, and well-served. -Prepare weekly client status updates and share insights with management.
Requirements
-Female candidate, 30-50 years old.
-Excellent spoken and written English with a polished, professional presence. -Proven experience in Relationship Management / Client Servicing (Banking, Corporate Accounts, Hospitality, or Customer Success preferred).
-Strong interpersonal, listening, and empathy skills.
-Ownership mindset: proactive, reliable, and accountable.
-Highly organized with strong follow-up and reporting discipline.
-Stable career background (no frequent job changes).
