Preferred candidate profile
Graduates, preferably MBAs with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; candidates with higher experience will be considered for suitable roles. Preferably from Telecom/ISP industry.
Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager with a proactive approach in a B2B service industry or a similar client-facing role within the technology sector.
Proven sales prowess, consistently meeting orsurpassing sales targets.
Strong proficiency in key account management, presentation delivery, communication, and relationship-building.
Familiarity with CRM software and adeptness in utilizing data analysis tools.
Strategic mindset with a thorough comprehension of market trends and industry advancements.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Customers, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.
Perform daily Customer visits & Updation of CVR & Asianet Account Information System.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company's sales targets.
Act as a customer contact point within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to reach win-win resolutions and enhance service delivery.
