Job Title: Key Account Manager - E-Commerce (Mid-Level)
Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: E-Commerce Head / National Sales Manager
Experience Required: 4 to 7 years in E-commerce Sales / Key Account Management
Job Purpose:
To manage and grow key e-commerce accounts by driving sales, building relationships, executing
campaigns, managing listings, and ensuring operational excellence across platforms like Amazon,
Flipkart, Jiomart, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management & Growth
Build strong business relationships with e-commerce partners (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Develop joint business plans and drive revenue growth through strategic account
management
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and margin targets
2. Sales & Performance Tracking
Analyze sales trends, pricing, category share, and competitor strategies
Monitor platform-level KPIs such as conversions, traffic, and ROI
Forecast demand and collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock availability
3. Listings & Content Optimization
Ensure product listings are accurate, SEO-optimized, and visually appealing
Coordinate with design and content teams for A+ content, videos, and creatives
Monitor and improve ratings, reviews, and brand visibility
4. Promotions & Campaigns
Plan and execute platform-led promotions, festive sales, and brand campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI
Collaborate with marketing team for digital push and brand visibility
5. Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with inventory, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely order fulfilment
Resolve platform disputes, return issues, and operational bottlenecks
Ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, and payments
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
4-7 years of experience in E-commerce account management
Strong knowledge of major online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, data analysis, and reporting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in FMCG, consumer durables, or home appliances is a plus
Understanding of marketplace algorithms and trends
Self-driven, with a growth and innovation mindset
