One of our premium cookware clients, is seeking a driven and growth-focused Key Account Manager (KAM) - Amazon to lead and accelerate their digital retail performance. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:- P&L Ownership & Growth Strategy: Take full ownership of the P&L for key e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, and Zepto; design and implement aggressive strategies to boost revenue, visibility, and market share.- Amazon Advertising Expertise: Manage and scale Amazon PPC campaigns (SB, SP, SD, DSP), with hands-on experience in AMS and a minimum monthly ad spend of - 50 lakhs; utilize tools like Amazon Brand Analytics and Helium10 for performance insights.- Performance Tracking & Insights: Lead end-to-end reporting for sales, traffic, conversion rates, returns, and ad metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis; build dashboards to support data-driven growth decisions.- Operational Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to manage listings, A+ content, inventory planning, and order fulfillment; oversee platform-specific campaigns and major sale events.- Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Ensure consistent stock availability across platforms by working closely with supply chain and logistics teams, aligning demand planning with sales peaks.Qualifications:- E-commerce & Amazon Expertise: experience in e-commerce with strong operational knowledge of both Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, along with deep exposure to platform management.- Amazon Advertising Proficiency: Proven track record in managing Amazon Ads and PPC campaigns with monthly spends exceeding - 50 lakhs, leveraging tools like Helium10, DataHawk, and Brand Analytics.- Data-Driven Approach: Highly analytical with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable handling large datasets to drive insights and performance.- Strong Execution & Mindset: Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a bias for action, ownership, and a growth-oriented mindset.
