We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our healthcare distribution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's medical products and services to doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, in-depth product knowledge, and a passion for driving business growth in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, meet, and build relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to promote the company's products and services.
Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on product specifications, benefits, and usage.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and conversions from potential and existing customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Provide market feedback, including competitor activities and customer insights, to help shape sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales reports, and daily activity logs.
Attend medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance industry knowledge and network with healthcare professionals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent post-sales support and service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software tools.
