Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead projects across various teams, ensuring timely delivery, resource management, and adherence to project goals.

Client Handling:

Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with timely solutions.

Communication:

Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with both internal teams and external clients.

PowerPoint Presentations:

Create engaging and professional presentations for internal and client use.

Advanced Excel:

Perform complex data analysis using advanced Excel functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and macros.

Coordination:

Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless workflow and successful project execution.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular updates and professional service delivery.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, IT, or related field. Minimum

5+ years

of experience in project coordination or management roles. Excellent command over

spoken and written English

MS Excel (Advanced)

Demonstrated experience in

client communication and relationship management
