Job Description

To

manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers end-to-end

, including calling, requirement understanding, quotation, order punching, and post-dispatch coordination, while maintaining accurate CRM records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1? Customer Communication

Make regular outbound calls to assigned customers Understand: Current requirements Future demand Delivery or service issues Build and maintain long-term relationships
2? Quotation Management

Prepare and share quotations as per requirement Coordinate for: Pricing approval Technical clarification Follow up on shared quotations for closure
3? Order Processing

Convert confirmed quotations into sales orders Ensure accuracy in: Item Quantity Delivery timelines
4? Post-Dispatch Coordination

Track dispatch status Confirm material receipt with customer Resolve issues related to: Short supply Damage Wrong material
5? CRM & MIS Updates (Mandatory)

Update CRM daily with: Call details Discussion summary Next follow-up date Ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
