Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Key Accounts Manager

with a strong background in the

Logistics or Courier industry

to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. The role involves ensuring service excellence, client satisfaction, and business expansion within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and retain major logistics accounts, ensuring smooth coordination and client satisfaction. Identify growth opportunities within existing clients and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling. Act as a single point of contact for client communication, issue resolution, and service delivery. Collaborate with operations, billing, and customer support teams to ensure timely and quality service. Track account performance, prepare MIS reports, and ensure timely payment collection. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

Graduate / MBA preferred. Minimum

3 years of experience in logistics, courier, or supply chain industry

. Strong client relationship management and communication skills. Good understanding of logistics operations and pricing structures. Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
