Act as the main point of contact for client queries and issue resolution.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate client records.
Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor account performance and share regular updates with management.
Identify opportunities to improve client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, or Sales Operations.
