Reporting to:- DGM - MT Sales head

Location- New Delhi
Work Experience:- 8-15 years- experience in sales, business development, operations, relationship
building, strategic planning, channel management and team management in the FMCG sector
(Person should be working as a KAM & operation with Distributor handling )
Industry Preference- FMCG ( Personal care / Food & Beverages) Himalaya, J&J, Nivea, Cetaphil,
Mama Earth, Unicharm, Biotique, Lotus, Joy.
Job Responsibility:-
- To Take care of the complete Channel Distribution network for the entire region
- Provide strategic direction to the ASMs/TSM thereby driving growth for respective channels.
- Facilitate growth of individual brands and ensure deliveries of Marketing plans
- Analyze, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach through RTM
- Ensure effective new product introductions through effective RTM
- Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilization of Trade
Marketing resources
- Ensuring commercial hygiene compliance, forecast accuracy
- Coaching and developing the sales team to improve competencies and effectiveness in the areas of
Customer Management / Meeting Effectiveness and Field Implementation.
- Managing stockist and trade relationship by anticipating proactively and resolving issues,
minimizing stockist and field force attrition.
- Monitor competitor activity - anticipate and develop strategies to counter competition's efforts
- Facilitate compliance to corporate guidelines on Sales Systems and processes through active
communication and control mechanisms.
Key Skills:-
- Strong communication & negotiation skills and with an approach of leading.
- Should be handling ASM/Sr. ASM/KAS/SO
- Smart Knowledge of particular area with good brand only
- Should be open for traveling and should have good networking presentation and team
management skill.
