Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts within the construction chemical sector. The KAM will ensure customer satisfaction, drive sales growth, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the construction industry.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Strategy:
Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape in the construction chemical industry.
Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on customer needs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical support, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company sales goals.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market conditions.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to improve performance.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the construction chemicals or related industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
