to drive business growth and manage high-value client relationships in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in

CASA/Liabilities/ Loan Sales/Insurance Sales, or Personal Banking services

, with a strong ability to deliver financial solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term engagement. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring seamless banking services.

Business Development

Drive sales of

CASA (Current Account Savings Account)

, liabilities, loans, and insurance products. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across banking products. Achieve assigned revenue and business targets.

Portfolio Management

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts with a focus on profitability. Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and risk management.

Sales & Compliance

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards. Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance and client engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

2-10 years in banking sales, personal banking, or financial services.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of CASA, liabilities, loan products, and insurance sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver customized solutions. Target-driven with proven track record in sales.
Compensation & Benefits
