The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value clients, ensuring superior customer service, and driving business growth through cross-selling and upselling of banking products. The role demands strong relationship management skills, financial acumen, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing financial solutions.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products (loans, deposits, investment services, insurance, etc.).
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets while maintaining high service standards.
Conduct regular client reviews to understand evolving needs and provide proactive solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client transactions and services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
4-10 years in banking roles such as Personal Banker, Value Banker, or Junior Relationship Manager.
Strong track record in client relationship management and sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand financial products and customize solutions for clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric mindset.
Knowledge of local market dynamics in Karur and surrounding regions will be an added advantage.
