The Key Account Manager is responsible for acquiring new customers, increasing the bank's deposit base, and providing complete banking support to assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new customers using available leads and by engaging with the families of existing clients.
Grow the bank's deposit portfolio (CASA/FD) by nurturing and developing strong relationships with assigned customers.
Promote and sell banking and partner products including Life & General Insurance, Home Loans, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans.
Act as the primary contact for customers, supporting them with all their banking and financial service requirements.
Maintain regular communication with mapped clients through calls or meetings to ensure service satisfaction and cross-sell opportunities.
Contribute to various sales and marketing campaigns run by the bank.
Ensure adherence to all internal processes, policies, and compliance guidelines.
Education Requirements
Must have:
Graduate or Post-Graduate degree.
Preferred:
Post-Graduate in Finance or Commerce.
Work Experience
Must have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance.
Preferred:
At least 1 year of experience in the financial sector.
