Primary Responsibilities
Identify key decision-makers for ingredient purchasing
? Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to U.S. buyers and procurement teams
?
? Consult prospects to understand requirements and provide product solutions
? Manage leads, communication, and pipeline using CRM tools (phone, email, Teams)
? Acquire new customers; expand purchases from existing clients
? Build and maintain a book of business with ongoing customer engagement
Qualifications
? Strong skills in B2B prospecting, negotiation, and closing
? Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas
? Excellent communication and business presentation skills
? Experience in U.S. calling or international sales is an advantage
Compensation and Benefits:
? Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
?
Incentives: INR 2,500 for each new customer added, plus incentives of up to 1.75% of
the invoice value. The average invoice value is approximately USD 5,500 per purchase
order (PO).
