Requirements
Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with high-volume clients to drive sustained business growth and meet company objectives.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads to expand market presence.
  • Understand client needs and preferences; recommend suitable solutions from the company's offerings in the home and hospitality segment.
  • Present new product offerings to prospective clients, gather feedback on performance, and coordinate with the NPD (New Product Development) team for improvements.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel to meet set targets; forecast sales based on funnel adequacy.
  • Proactively engage with potential clients to enhance the quality and quantity of the sales funnel.
  • Lead price negotiations and serve as the single point of contact for client solution delivery.
  • Execute marketing activities and campaigns within the assigned region, particularly among key influencers.
  • Measure, analyze, and report key account metrics to evaluate performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor activity, and market best practices to remain competitive.
