About the Role



We are looking for a

Key Account Manager

based in Mumbai to drive

enterprise IT infrastructure sales

, with a focus on

Servers, Storage, Networking, and Security solutions

. The role requires a strong background in

enterprise account management, OEM partnerships, and consultative selling

.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and grow

strategic enterprise accounts

across the Mumbai region Sell IT infrastructure solutions including

Servers, Storage, Networking, and Cybersecurity

Build strong relationships with

CXOs, IT decision-makers, and procurement heads

Identify opportunities for

upselling and cross-selling

to maximize revenue Develop and execute

account-specific growth strategies

Conduct client meetings to understand IT infrastructure needs and provide tailored solutions Collaborate with

OEMs, pre-sales, and solution architects

to deliver value-driven proposals Monitor account performance and ensure long-term customer satisfaction

Requirements



4-5+ years of experience in

B2B IT Infrastructure Sales

Hands-on exposure to:

Servers:

Dell, HPE, Lenovo

Storage:

NetApp, EMC

Networking:

Cisco, Juniper, Aruba

Cybersecurity / Firewalls

Proven track record in

enterprise account management & consultative solution selling

Strong

communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

skills

Preferred Background



Experience in sectors like

BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, or IT/ITES

OEM/partner management expertise Familiarity with

RFPs, bidding processes, and enterprise procurement cycles
