Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow enterprise accounts across assigned regions
Sell solutions in
Servers, Storage, Networking, and Cybersecurity
Build relationships with CXOs, IT decision-makers, and procurement leaders
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
Create and execute account-specific strategies
Conduct client meetings to understand infrastructure needs and design tailored solutions
Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and OEM/vendor partners
Ensure account satisfaction, retention, and long-term value
What We're Looking For
4-5+ years of B2B IT infrastructure sales experience
Proven exposure to:
Servers:
Dell, HPE, Lenovo
Storage:
NetApp, EMC
Networking:
Cisco, Juniper, Aruba
Cybersecurity/Firewalls
Strong record of managing large enterprise accounts
Experience in
consultative selling, account farming, and revenue growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Background
Sales experience in
BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, or IT/ITES sectors
Experience managing
OEM/partner networks
Familiarity with
RFPs, bidding processes, and enterprise procurement cycles
