Key Responsibilities
Manage one or more strategic OEM accounts, ensuring business growth and long-term customer satisfaction.
Lead proposals, contract discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client requirements.
Gather and analyze business intelligence on customers, competition, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
Skills & Experience
Commercial/Technical:
Proven experience in handling and growing key accounts (?100 Cr+ annual turnover) for 3+ years.
Demonstrated ability to grow share of business year-on-year with OEMs.
Strong network with decision-makers and influencers at OEMs.
Managerial/Behavioral:
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication (written & spoken English).
High ownership, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
Ability to operate with urgency and collaborate effectively across teams.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory). MBA preferred.
7-10 years of account management / sales experience, ideally with an
automotive Tier-1 supplier
Experience in
Mechatronics components & systems
like Electronic controllers and ECUs or Automotive electronics or Vehicle control systems or Smart mobility solutions or embedded automotive systems or Powertrain & drivetrain electronics will be prefered.
