About the Role:



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Key Account Executive

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in

international markets (UK & US)

and is passionate about delivering exceptional

after-sales support

. The ideal candidate will handle client communications, resolve queries, manage refund conversations, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

after-sales support

for international clients (primarily UK and US). Respond promptly to customer queries via email, calls, or other communication channels. Provide accurate and complete information and solutions to customers. Manage difficult conversations including

refund requests

with empathy and professionalism. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner. Prepare reports and maintain records of client interactions and resolutions. Understand and align with company policies while resolving client issues.

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience

in a customer-facing or key account role, preferably in international markets.

Experience in EdTech

industry will be highly preferred. Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills in English. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Experience in handling

refund conversations

and turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.
