Account Executive
to help us scale in the US and global markets.
Role Overview
As an
Account Executive (AE)
, you will own the
end-to-end sales cycle
--from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing. You'll work with decision-makers in IT, Customer Support, and Sales/Marketing departments, positioning our Salesforce expertise and SaaS products as the best-fit solutions.This is a
quota-carrying role
with opportunities for growth into a sales leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
full sales cycle
: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close deals.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (CIO, VP of Customer Service, IT Directors, etc.).
Work closely with
Marketing
to convert MQLs into SQLs and opportunities.
Run
discovery calls
to uncover client needs and align solutions.
Deliver
product demos and service presentations
(with support from pre-sales/technical consultants).
Collaborate with Delivery/Consulting teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Track and update opportunities, forecasts, and activities in Salesforce CRM.
Consistently meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
2-7 years of experience in
B2B sales
, preferably in SaaS, Salesforce ecosystem, or IT consulting.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with
Salesforce (preferred)
or other CRM platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Self-motivated, with a hunter mindset.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Experience selling
Salesforce services or AppExchange products
.
Understanding of
Shopify
,
Salesforce, Hubspot
solutions.
Experience selling SaaS to SMB and Mid-Market clients in the US.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
