Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and servicing assigned
retail and merchant accounts
Support account onboarding, activation, and daily engagement activities
Conduct regular field visits to ensure visibility and relationship continuity
Execute sales plans and meet assigned targets under supervision
Collect market feedback and competitor insights
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account operations
Maintain accurate daily activity and sales reports
Ensure adherence to company sales processes and reporting guidelines

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
MBA (Pursuing / Freshers) will be an added advantage
Experience
0 to 1 year of experience
Freshers with strong interest in sales may also be considered
Language & Communication
Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory
Good communication and customer interaction skills
