We are seeking a detail-oriented

Customer Support Executive

to assist our Account Management team in supporting key client accounts. This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about account management, customer relations, and business operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with client communication, ensuring timely responses to queries and requests. Support account managers with administrative tasks (e.g., report preparation, CRM updates). Help resolve minor client issues and escalate complex ones as needed. Maintain accurate account records and assist with performance tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualification:



Any Graduate (BBA/MBA preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure A positive attitude and team spirit

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
