Role Overview



The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth from existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the company's revenue and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management. Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/solutions. Develop growth strategies within existing accounts to increase business opportunities. Identify and pursue potential new clients and partnerships. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, finance, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions and material. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements. Track client interactions, opportunities, and project status using CRM tools. Negotiate terms and agreements in line with company policies. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy. Provide after-service support and resolve client queries to maintain strong client satisfaction. Prepare periodic reports and forecasts for management review.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into business growth. Customer-first mindset with high ownership. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience



Graduate Proven experience in managing client portfolios and achieving growth targets. Exposure to the Electrical/Automation industry is an advantage.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Business growth within assigned accounts. New client acquisitions. Client satisfaction and retention rate. Timeliness and accuracy of reports and forecasts. Contribution to overall revenue targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
