Position Overview The Key Account Executive - Sales & Project will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing the sales process for landscaping and interior greenery projects. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for lead generation, proposal development, and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
? Identify and develop new business opportunities in Softscape, Hardscape, Interior Landscaping, and Plant Rental services.
? Engage with architects, builders, developers, interior designers, corporate facility teams, and consultants to generate leads.
? Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable landscaping or interior green solutions.
? Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals, cost estimates, and project plans.
? Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
? Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
? Coordinate project handovers and ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
? Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify emerging opportunities.
? Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility. For Key Account Executive - Sales & Project
? Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales progress using CRM tools or Excel. Required Qualifications & Skills
? Education: Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
? Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in landscaping, interior landscaping, horticulture, or construction-related industries.
? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ? Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
? Understanding of landscape design concepts, plants, materials, and maintenance requirements (training can be provided).
? Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
? Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
? Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
? Achievement of sales and revenue targets.
