We Are Looking For:
A client-focused
Key Account Executive
who can manage and grow strong relationships with our key clients, ensure smooth delivery of digital marketing services, and contribute to business expansion in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Understand client goals, requirements, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, digital) to ensure timely project delivery.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to clients.
Handle client escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
Assist in acquiring new key accounts through networking and referrals in Pune.
Key Requirements:
Must be
based in Pune
with strong local contacts/network.
1-3 years of experience
in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Sales (preferably in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or IT).
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
.
Ability to understand and explain digital marketing services clearly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
